Flexible Diamond Dot Plated Disks and Pads

Our flexible diamond dot abrasive disks and hand pads are used for grinding glass; marble, granite, engineered materials, such as spray coated tungsten carbide, ceramics and for gemstone cutting, grinding and touch up.

Standard and custom formulations of flexible diamond abrasive wheels

They are available in 60 mesh through 1800 mesh (9 micron). They are ideal for grinding large surfaces with or without coolant. Our disks are without arbor holes which allow you to use the full surface of the disk to maximize your results….however we can customize to your specific needs. The flexible diamond dot material is available in sizes up to 17” diameter and in sheets up to 18” x 24”. We also offer this product with PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive), Velcro, or magnetic backings.
